Kellie is the founder and Chief Knowledge Officer of Perspicacious, a consultancy built on the conviction that organisations are drowning in data but starving for direction, and she is currently writing her first book on decision mastery. Growing up in Swan Hill, the first in her family to attend university, she was told in Year 3 she could be smart or beautiful, but not both, and chose smart. She chased a law degree at Melbourne University and, at the last moment, chose Arts instead, realising it was the thinking she craved, not the courtroom.

Her message to other women: stop asking for permission, from your employer, your partner, or the voice in your own head that says you are not ready. You are ready. You have always been ready.
