Amey is the founder of Heart Content, a brand story strategy business built on a simple discovery, she could not write great copy for clients who did not know who they really were, so she built a process to answer that question first. A producer by training, she ran her own production company in her early twenties before landing a role at the BBC in London, and later came home to Australia and built Heart Content in 2014, restarting it three times since around the arrival of her two daughters.

Her message to other women: you do not have to be perfect to be loved.
