Paris leads the Wilderness Collective, a social enterprise she co-founded in the aftermath of the Black Summer bushfires, focused on entrepreneurship, lifelong learning, and long-term self-determination for the Mallacoota region. Before that, she spent 25 years across strategic communications, investor relations, advocacy, and senior leadership, including a stint as General Manager of an ASX-listed company. When the fires tore through her home community in 2019 and 2020, what struck her most wasn't the destruction, it was the capable women left with almost no economic pathway forward, and she and four other local women turned that observation into her full-time work.

Her message to other women: back yourself, help others, and just strive for what you want in life.
