Debbie is the founder of Success BOX, a learning and organisational development business helping people and teams unlock potential they didn't know they had. Her own path there wasn't simple. A childhood diagnosis, a marriage that ended in betrayal, and a blended family of seven children under eight all shaped the woman who now sits with others and helps them see what she can already see in them. Six years into running her business, she's writing a book, Hidden Works of Leadership, and building a retreat for women in midlife called Unbound.
