Tracy has spent 30 years helping build Intimo from a small rack of lingerie into a full capsule wardrobe concept, and today works as the brand's most senior stylist. Her path there included becoming one of the youngest account executives for Clinique in her early twenties, a detour into the wine industry after reconnecting with the father who had left when she was a baby, and becoming the first person to bring the Austrian crystal glass brand Riedel to Australia in 1992. She walked into her first Intimo meeting in 1995 breastfeeding a six month old, her two year old in tow, and thought, what have I got to lose.

Her message to other women: believe in what you are doing, work hard, be consistent, be kind, and live for the present.
